TERMS & CONDITION:
  1. No Smoking Policy:
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and villas.
    • A penalty of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged for any violations.
    • Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, lighting stoves, or engaging in any activities that produce smoke, is not permitted in the room.
  2. No Pets Policy:
    • Pets are not permitted on the property to maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests.
  3. Late Check-Out Policy:
    • The standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
    • Check-outs between 12:30 PM and 6:00 PM will incur a 50% charge of the room or villa rate.
    • Check-outs after 6:00 PM may be subject to a full night’s stay charge.
  4. Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome. For accurate pricing and occupancy details, please contact our Front Office Team directly.
  5. Cot and Extra Bed Policies: Cots and extra beds are not available at this property.
  6. Age Restriction: Guests under 18 are not allowed.
  7. Moving, combining, or repositioning beds is not allowed.
  8. Any activities that may cause damage, require repairs, or leave stains on the bed or linens are prohibited.
  9. Bringing foods with strong odors into the room or surrounding areas is not allowed.
  10. The room is equipped with amenities such as towels, mugs, glasses, TV remote, and AC remote. Please note that in case of breakage, damage, or loss of these items, replacement costs will be charged according to the value of the item. Standard Terms and Conditions
  1. No gatherings or parties of any kind are allowed in the room. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants from the room.
  2. This reservation is non-transferable.
  3. In case of no-show, a fee equivalent to one night’s room charge (including any applicable taxes) will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation, or as per the revised booking conditions.
  4. The Property reserves the right to remove guests from the premises due to conduct, behavior, or any other safety, security, or medical concerns. This applies especially if guests do not comply with instructions given by Property staff, exhibit discriminatory behavior, or endanger others.
  5. Guests are prohibited from compromising the health, safety, and security of the Property.
  6. Guests must provide valid identification upon arrival.
  7. Special terms may apply to specific offers, and in case of conflict, those terms will take precedence.
  8. In case of any discrepancies with the final bill, the bill’s terms will prevail.
  9. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. They must follow safety, security, and hygiene guidelines provided by the Property and avoid violations. Guests will be held accountable for any breaches.
  10. The Property’s assets and valuables must be respected and not damaged. The Property may charge for any damage or destruction caused by the guest.
  11. Guests with allergies or sensitivities to certain materials, cleaning products, or foods must inform Property management prior to arrival.
  12. Valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in the room or at the Property upon request, and the Property may charge for this service.
  13. If valuables are exceptionally valuable, guests must notify the Property before storing them. The Property may refuse to store these items.
  14. The Property works to provide a safe and secure environment. We are not responsible for personal possessions lost, stolen, or misplaced on the premises due to the actions of guests.
  15. Lost property is logged and stored securely. Items are either disposed of or donated to charity after a certain period. Perishable items retrieved after check-out are only held until the end of business that day.
  16. Guests can collect lost items with valid identification, or the Property can arrange postage at the guest’s expense.
  17. The Property reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Revised terms will be posted immediately on the website. Please check the latest information to stay informed of any changes.
  18. While the Property aims to ensure satisfactory reservations, we do not accept liability for losses, delays, injuries, damages, or inconveniences caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, civil disturbances, theft, terrorism, natural disasters, etc.
  19. Transportation to the airport is provided as an ancillary service, and the Property is not liable for any incidents during the transit.

General Provisions
 
  1. By proceeding with the reservation, you agree that if the reservation is accepted, your stay will be subject to the Property’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
  2. The terms and conditions on the website constitute a binding agreement between you and the Property for all commercial arrangements, including reservation, stay, payment, and usage of facilities.
  3. The Property may cancel the reservation if the information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  4. You consent to the Property profiling you using publicly available information to provide appropriate hospitality services during your stay.
  5. The Property may amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  6. You agree to indemnify and hold the Property harmless for any liability, loss, or expenses arising out of the acceptance of your reservation and stay.
  7. The Property is not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the reservation.
  8. The Property is not liable for any failure to comply with these terms if it is caused by circumstances beyond its control. A waiver of any rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver on subsequent occasion.



Cancellation Policies 
– Nivasa Hotel & Nusa Dua Bayview Villas

  1. General Policy
    • All confirmed bookings are non-refundable, except in cases where a valid reason for cancellation is provided and approved by management.
    • Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 24 hours before check-in time and sent to:

  • Any approved refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
  • Failure to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g., passports or valid identification) may result in cancellation without refund.

  1. Cancellation Process & Terms
    If a guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, a written notice of cancellation must be sent to Nivasa Hotel or Nusa Dua Bayview Villas. All cancellations will be acknowledged in writing.

A cancellation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Partial cancellation – reducing the number of booked nights.
  • Complete booking amendment – modifying dates so that the original booking dates no longer apply.
  • Failure to provide valid identification upon check-in.
  • Attempting to host an unauthorized event at the property, which breaches the Terms & Conditions.
Upon receiving the cancellation request and supporting documents, management reserves the right to exempt the non-refundable policy under special circumstances. However, unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation fees apply:
  • If cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit 30% of the total rental cost to Nivasa Hotel or Nusa Dua Bayview Villas.
  • If cancellation is received between 60 and 89 days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit 50% of the total rental cost to Nivasa Hotel or Nusa Dua Bayview Villas.
  • If cancellation is received between 45 and 59 days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit 70% of the total rental cost to Nivasa Hotel or Nusa Dua Bayview Villas.
  • If cancellation is received between 30 and 44 days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit 100% of the total rental cost to Nivasa Hotel or Nusa Dua Bayview Villas.

If a guest fails to make the full payment within 7 days after the balance invoice is issued, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice.

(All refunds, if applicable, will be processed excluding any bank charges incurred in payment processing.) 

  1. Exceptional Circumstances
  • Force Majeure: If a guest is unable to travel due to government restrictions, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond their control, the hotel may offer a credit voucher instead of a refund, valid for future stays.
  • Health-related Cancellations: If the guest provides official medical documentation proving an illness or emergency preventing their stay, the management may review and decide on a partial refund or reschedule.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.
  • If legal action is required, both parties agree to Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia as the jurisdiction for arbitration.

Safe deposit boxes are available in all hotel rooms and villas. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of valuables left unattended or unsecured in the room.
